I am thinking of upgrading my computer and wanted to see what anyone might recommend based on my current setup. I generally use it for school, combat missions shock force & cmbb & cmak, and burning and compiling video and audio. the two optical drives are quite old, and I could replace with just one drive of superior quality.

CMAK runs but I have white boxes at the bottom in place of info such as time, squad type, scenario name etc and around commands such as hunt and target names.

I've monkey'd with the Anti-aliasing to no avail.

Not knowing really what the differences are I was hoping to elicit an opinion or two from my Brothers.

The only gaming I do really is CM and CM2 WWII whenever that comes out.
